Jimmique has been with the Company since 2005. She started with the company as a Scheduling Coordinator and was promoted to Scheduling Supervisor. She has now taken the role of Physician Recruiter and is heading-up the recruiting efforts for Alabama, Louisiana, and Pennsylvania. She has over 10 years of experience in the Health Care field. Jimmique enjoys the challenges that Recruiting brings, the desire to put together the perfect match of hospital and provider is what drives her.

Deanna has been with the Company since 2002. She has extensive credentialing experience and is a member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters. Deanna’s diverse experience also includes a background in health-law. In addition she has more than 12 years in recruiting, working with physicians in the emergency medicine field. Deanna enjoys recruiting in order to find emergency medicine physicians and their families the best work/life balance match for their particular lifestyle(s).

Molly earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University. She has been with the company for nine years and has worked in the healthcare field for 13 years. She has a strong background in building relationships with physicians and clients. Prior to joining Hospital Physician Partners she worked as a health counselor, counseling clients on behavior modification to help improve risk factors for heart disease. Molly enjoys recruiting because of the satisfaction it brings when placing a physician with the right opportunity and the relationship that is built along the way.

A graduate from Nova University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology in Science, Debra has worked in the Healthcare industry for 18 years with 10 years in Physician Recruitment and Retention. She has been with the company since 2007 and sincerely enjoys the thrill of the “matchmaker role” of finding the right opportunity for the right provider.
Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown Graduated from Adelphi University with a Paralegal degree in 1993 and has over 15 years of recruiting experience. Andrew has been in the healthcare industry for over eight years and has recruited multispecialty disciplines. He has a strong background in career guidance contract management and relationship building between client facilities and physician providers. He enjoys helping to facilitate a solid recruiting process and the interaction with hospital administration in helping deliver the most optimal and successful programs for the hospital and to the community.
Arman Razavipour, MBA
Physician Recruiter
After 20 years of honorable service, Arman retired from the U.S. Air Force and joined our company in May 2008. Arman possesses over nine years of hands-on clinical experience including three years as an Emergency Department Shift Leader. Arman earned his Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) from Black Hills State University in 1994 and his MBA (Summa Cum Laude) from Touro University International in 2007. In addition to his past experience in Physician recruiting, Arman has held positions as a Regional Recruiting Sales Training Manager and District Sales Manager for healthcare organizations in and out of the military.
