Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle has seen its Patient Satisfaction scores skyrocket over the past year in the wake of an internal partnership strategy to improve service and satisfaction in the ED. It worked, with scores rising from the 17th percentile one year ago to 97% today.
