Job Description

Harlingen Medical Center is a general acute care facility with 112 beds that has been servicing the citizens of the Rio Grande Valley since 2002. Harlingen Medical Center offers a full range of medical specialties and advanced diagnostic capabilities.

Harlingen Medical Center has a 9-bed emergency department. The emergency department services include a single bed Fast Track for minor emergencies which is staffed by Mid-Level Providers, seven days per week. Emergency department physicians enjoy flexible scheduling of 12-hour shifts in this state-of-the-art Level 4 trauma designated ED. The MedHost tracking and charting system is used in the emergency department to ensure that patients are seen promptly and treated with great customer service.
