VISA Program
We are proud to announce the launch of our Physician VISA Program that is exclusive to all HPP physicians. Through one of our affiliates, our in-house counsel and legal team are able to assist our physicians with immigration matters and we are able to sponsor physicians who are on a J-1 Visa or an H-1B Visa. The cost of the Visa and Green Card process, including all attorneys’ fees, is covered by HPP for all HPP physicians.
Advantages of the Physician VISA Program
- For those physicians who are already on a J-1 Visa Waiver, we will apply for their J-1 Visa Waiver sponsorship.
- For those physicians who are already on an H-1B Visa, we will file their H-1B approval and/or renewal.
- Filing for the PERM (Labor Certification) with the Department of Labor.
- Filing of the I-140 (Immigrant Worker Petition) with the USCIS.
- Filing of the Green Card application and Adjustment of Status application.
Our Physician VISA Program is designed to start permanent sponsorship for physicians from the very first day an employment agreement is signed and received by our office. This allows us to start the process right away. As an added benefit, HPP will also work with the dependent visa(s) status attached to the physician.
