Crystal is a recruiter with 14 years of experience in marketing, human resource management and recruitment. She joined HPP in 2011, bringing a wealth of practical and theoretical knowledge to her role as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter with a BS in Marketing and an MS in Human Resource Management. She is a published contributor to the Journal of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters and a sought after industry public speaker on using Social Media as a Recruitment Tool. Crystal’s knowledge and experience will create a recruitment experience like no other for you and your family. The search process can be a huge undertaking. Her goal is to understand what is important to you both professionally and personally and to be your guide through the process.

Scott finished college as a business major with an emphasis in accounting. During his nine years of healthcare recruiting experience he has recruited and managed teams of recruiters in the specialties of Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, CRNA, Physical Therapy and Pathology. After some experience in working on joint projects with Hospital Physician Partners, he joined us full time in 2011. During his spare time he coaches youth sports and is a member of the Brighton Ski Patrol.

Ken graduated from Bethune-Cookman college (Summa Cum Laude) with a degree in Psychology. He has 11 years of sales and recruiting experience, five of which specializing in Emergency Medicine. Ken enjoys developing strong relationships with both providers and clients alike, while helping them to fulfill their goals professionally.

Deanna has been with Hospital Physician Partners since 2002. She has extensive credentialing experience and is a member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters. Deanna’s diverse experience also includes a background in health-law. In addition she has more than 12 years in recruiting, working with physicians in the emergency medicine field. Deanna enjoys recruiting in order to find emergency medicine physicians and their families the best work/life balance match for their particular lifestyle(s).

Molly earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University. She has been with the company since 2000 and has worked in the healthcare field for 15 years. She has a strong background in building relationships with physicians and clients. Prior to joining Hospital Physician Partners she worked as a health counselor, counseling clients on behavior modification to help improve risk factors for heart disease. Molly enjoys recruiting because of the satisfaction it brings when placing a physician with the right opportunity and the relationship that is built along the way.

Nicole joined Hospital Physician Partners in August 2010 bringing with her 11 years of Healthcare Recruiting experience that includes: travel nurses, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, neonatologists and emergency room physicians. Her extensive background in recruiting, specifically in the healthcare industry, allows her to have a keen understanding of matching healthcare providers to the right facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing and Human Resources Management.

Jimmique has been with the Company since 2005. She started with the company as a Scheduling Coordinator and was promoted to Scheduling Supervisor. She has now taken the role of Physician Recruiter and is heading-up the recruiting efforts for Alabama, Louisiana, and Pennsylvania. She has over 10 years of experience in the Health Care field. Jimmique enjoys the challenges that Recruiting brings, the desire to put together the perfect match of hospital and provider is what drives her.
