What benchmarks does Hospital Physician Partners have in place to measure results and performance?
Hospital Physician Partners utilizes extensive data management reporting through our web-based client and physician portal. This portal delivers monthly reports on such benchmarks as LWBS, LOS, and TTP. We also work with our Hospital partners to establish patient satisfaction criteria and results management. Key elements of our results management process include an exclusive monthly Performance Assessment Scoring System (PASS) utilizing web based EMR’s. These reports deliver clinical performance outcomes on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we have developed a risk management program studying high risk discharge patients. Using several parameters, the results are converted to a number scale and graphed against peer groups in the same emergency departments. This quickly identifies outliers with respect to performance.
