Physician Credentialer
Status: Full time

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School graduate, Associate’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of two years experience in the credentialing of healthcare professionals to include physicians preferred.
- Professional certification highly desired
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write effective business related reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of internal and/or external affiliates
- Proficient with personal computer, printer and other associated peripheral devices as well as other business office equipment.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs, to include Word and Excel
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
OVERALL DUTIES:
This position serves as a central team member and focuses on the credentialing of physicians for assigned contracts. Reporting to the Regional Director the duties of this position include, but are not limited to, providing support to executive management and the operations department in relations to credentialing. Performing provider credentialing/qualifying process to ensure all requirements are met in accordance with credentialing requirements prior to presentation to the client hospital. Monitor all credentials for expiration dates. Notify and assist providers in renewing expiring credentials such as licensure, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, as required by contract while ensuring that all credentials are current at all times.

Physician Recruiter
Status: Full time
Reports To: Regional Director
Department: Hospitalist
Location: Hollywood, FL
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Management or other appropriate field of study
- A minimum of four years experience in physician and/or mid-level recruiting, coupled with a proven record in recruiting hospitalist and or emergency medicine physicians
- Superior sales, communication and negotiating skills
- Experience in the development and/or execution of sales and marketing strategies
- Highly experienced in all aspects of candidate prospecting to include cold calls and job board mining
- Well organized, detail oriented and possess strong assessment skills
- Must be customer service focused, team oriented and goal driven
- Experience in job board and print advertising copywriting, direct marketing
- Knowledge and experience using social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc)
- Ability to work well under pressure in an environment with ever changing priorities and multiple group dynamics
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to meet assigned goals and to travel up to 20% of the time.
OVERALL DUTIES:
Reporting to the Divisional Director (DD), the duties of this position include, but are not limited to, prospecting for candidates, coordinating candidate interviews, participating in and closing contract negotiations with candidates and initiating the hiring and credentialing processes. The Physician Recruiter works closely with the DD and team members in the execution of the region’s recruiting plan.
Other duties include establishing professional relationships with our contract hospitals to meet their specific needs, development and execution of a residency recruitment program, participating in industry and professional association(s) trade shows, and the establishment of professional network contacts to assist in meeting assigned goals.
